Qualifications / Skills Needed
When operations are complex, you will be on-hand to analyse risks and plan the safest course of action. You need to have proven ability to make the right decision first time, every time:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from UK Engineering Council accredited institution
- Or, HNC / HND with additional relevant experience
- Valid UK work permit
- Desirable: BOSIET / MIST certificate and Offshore Medical
Experience Required
You have proven yourself in a professional setting, working as part of a team to demonstrate practical ability based on academic knowledge. Types of experience sought:
- Preparation of project documentation including Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Project Execution Plans.
- Preparation of engineering / operational drawings including Assembly, Lifting Arrangements, Deck Layouts and Schematics.
- Ability to solve static & dynamic mechanics problems
- Strong understanding of engineering materials
