Project Engineer

Qualifications / Skills Needed

When operations are complex, you will be on-hand to analyse risks and plan the safest course of action. You need to have proven ability to make the right decision first time, every time:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from UK Engineering Council accredited institution
  • Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartership
  • Valid UK work permit
  • Desirable: BOSIET / MIST certificate and Offshore Medical

Experience Required

You have proven yourself in a professional setting, working as part of a team to demonstrate practical ability based on academic knowledge. Types of experience sought:

  • Preparation of project documentation including Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Project Execution Plans.
  • Preparation of engineering / operational drawings including Assembly, Lifting Arrangements, Deck Layouts and Schematics.
  • Ability to solve static & dynamic mechanics problems
  • Strong understanding of engineering materials
